A: Certain clothing & apparel may require extra care depending on the size & type of material and their complexity. For example, if a piece has numerous golden buttons, our staff takes extra care to ensure there is no damage during the cleaning process. We care about your clothes and take every precaution necessary for each individual piece for you.
Q: What is your usual turnaround time?
A: We know our customers are busy. We pride ourself on delivering quality with a fast turnaround. If you bring your pieces in before 10am, we are able to get them back to you by 5pm that same day- at no extra cost!
Q: Do you offer coupons?
A: We believe in transparent pricing up front. We’ve noticed that other cleaners might send out coupons to draw customers in, only to apply a discount to a hiked-up price (a bit unethical if you ask us). And we know that it can be a bad experience for someone to get overcharged if they forget to bring a coupon in. Therefore, our prices are simply our best prices, which we believe are honest and reasonable- you won’t find any surprises here.
